Job summary

Bright is seeking a Load Crew Associate to be the last checkpoint before our equipment leaves the warehouse. You ensure orders are complete, accurate, and in good condition, and you help keep trucks and the facility running safely and efficiently.

You will assemble orders, forklift-move product, load/unload trucks, secure loads, and verify accuracy. The role requires heavy lifting (50–100 lbs), multi-tasking, reliability, teamwork, and weekend/overtime availability.

Qualifications

• Warehouse or logistics experience required.
• Able to regularly lift 50–100 lbs.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and initiative required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble customer orders from stock and load by hand onto pallets or into the truck bay.
• Operate a forklift to move product between receiving, storage, and staging areas; complete forklift inspections.
• Load outgoing and unload incoming trucks; secure equipment with straps.
