Job summary

Peoplelink Staffing seeks a Forklift/Production Blender for the Binghamton, NY area. This role is a 2nd shift (12pm–8pm) contract-to-hire position involving weighing, blending, and material movement using forklift equipment.

You must read and follow precise directions while working independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include weighing powders, operating blending equipment, labeling materials, and promptly reporting issues to ensure product quality and traceability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and follow specific directions for product mix.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh and portion powders and additives per formulations.
• Dump measured ingredients into industrial blending equipment following procedures.
• Observe blending operations and adjust as needed to maintain quality.
• Keep materials labeled and separated for quality and traceability.
• Operate forklift to move materials through facility to storage or production zones.
• Identify and report ingredient, equipment, or quality issues promptly.

Forklift/ Production Blender
Light Industrial & Manufacturing Binghamton , New York Contract to Hire Oct 2, 2026

Summary

Pay: $17 - $18 per hour

2nd shift / 12pm - 8pm

Accurately weigh and portion powders, and other additives based on specific formulations.

Dump measured ingredients into industrial blending equipment while following strict procedures to ensure correct mix ratios.

Observe blending operations making adjustments as needed.

Keep materials properly labeled and separated to maintain quality and traceability.

Use a forklift to move materials through facility into proper storage or production zones.

Identify and report any inconsistencies in ingredients, equipment malfunctions, or quality concerns promptly.

High School Diploma/GED

Ability to read specific directions related to the product mix

Work independently, with minimal supervision, following instructions.

Must be able to work around with chemicals and sand products.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
