Overview

Forklift Driver / Material Handler in Production area. Schedule: Monday- Friday (2:00pm-10:30pm) with some weekend work and OT.

Responsibilities

• Must be trained and certified on the forklift.
• Trained and able to demonstrate hazardous chemical handling.
• Proficient in the operation of the stretch wrappers.
• Must be proficient with a forklift on all operations lines.
• Load trucks in the prescribed manner.
• Must demonstrate the ability to complete and make changes to pick sheets.
• Communicate with visitors and customers in a professional manner.
• Must have basic operational knowledge of roll up doors.
• Must be able to understand the inventory procedure.
• Trained and able to demonstrate pallet transfer operations.
• Must demonstrate the ability to reconcile finished product.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Related Experience: Previous relevant experience - preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Equipment/Software Skills: Basic computer knowledge.
• Additional Information: Forklift Driver / Material Handler Physical: Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs, lift, bend, kneel, stand for long periods of time, work in confined spaces, and work with heights.

Monday- Friday (2:00pm-10:30pm) with some weekend work and OT.
