Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company is seeking a Warehouse -- Material Handler in Conway, AR, to support shipping, receiving, and internal material movement. The role involves operating a forklift, handling trailers, and stocking inventory with barcode scanning in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of forklift and 1 year warehouse/manufacturing experience, basic math skills, and the ability to follow schedules and written/verbal instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year forklift operator experience.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to use basic math skills.
• 2+ years of powered lift truck experience preferred.
• 2+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to organize and manage time effectively.
• Ability to follow a schedule, as well as verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with supervisor to determine production materials needed.
• Complete RF Transactions to ensure tracking and regulatory compliance.
• Operate a forklift in a safe and proficient manner.
• Assist with loading and unloading of trailers.
• Pick, stage and stock inventory using a powered lift truck with barcode scanning.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness in compliance with OSHA and safety regulations.
• Perform duties safely and monitor areas to ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, standards, safety and GMP requirements.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
