Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year prior equipment operation experience.
• Minimum 1 year working in warehouse environment.
• Prior experience at OSHA-regulated sites.
• Good time management skills to ensure duties are completed safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) per safety standards.
• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections on equipment.
• Load donated goods and support warehouse operations.
• Report needed repairs to supervisor.
• Maintain equipment readiness to minimize downtime.
• Follow all safety policies and contribute to a safety culture.
