Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator (Single & Double Forklift) for a fast-paced warehouse. You will safely load/unload, stage, and transport goods, while maintaining accuracy and following OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications include prior forklift experience with single and double pallet forklifts, a safety-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. RF scanning and WMS familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Forklift Operator (Single & Double Forklift)

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator (Single & Double Forklift) or the PM shift to safely transport, load, unload, and stage products throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate has experience operating both single and double pallet forklifts in a fast-paced distribution or warehouse environment and is committed to safety, productivity, and accuracy.

Essential Responsibilities

• Safely operate single and double pallet forklifts to move products and materials throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trailers while ensuring product integrity and accuracy.
• Transport finished goods, raw materials, and packaging supplies to designated locations.
• Stage, stack, and organize inventory for shipping, receiving, and production.
• Perform daily pre-shift forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow inventory control procedures to ensure accurate product movement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and shipping teams to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and equipment operating procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating single and double pallet forklifts required.
• Experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred (or ability to become certified).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment for extended periods.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
