Job summary

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three months of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
• Detail oriented with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate the case packing, case former, and case sealer machines per procedures.
• Use control systems to adjust machine settings and maintain efficient flow.
• Monitor safety switches and interlocks; follow safety guidelines.
• Perform label cuts, clear jams, and manage bottle counts as needed.
• Maintain clean work area and comply with housekeeping standards.
• Assist with size changeovers and routine maintenance tasks.
• Support quality checks and communicate issues to supervision.
