Job summary

CHEP is seeking a TPM Operator for the Fulton, MO facility. The role involves sorting pallets, operating a forklift, and moving pallets safely throughout the plant. Clear focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency to support peak warehouse performance.

Experience with industrial equipment and forklift operation is required; benefits start day one, with strong safety protocols and access to PPE, 401k matching, and tuition reimbursement. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an industrial, fast-paced environment with industrial equipment.
• Proven experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures relevant to forklift operations.

Responsibilities

• Pallet sorting: move pallets from loading docks to sort line and remove debris.
• Operate forklift to move pallets, containers, and materials to designated areas and inspect forklift prior to use.
