Job summary

CHEP is seeking a TPM Operator in Disputanta, VA to sort pallets and operate a forklift in a fast-paced warehouse. You will move pallets, load and unload goods, and maintain safety standards while supporting efficient material flow.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The position is full-time with a rotating day shift, offering full benefits from day one and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an industrial, fast-paced environment with industrial equipment.
• Valid forklift operator certification/license preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs throughout shift and operate lifting devices safely.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets as they are moved from loading docks to sort line/area.
• Operate forklift to move pallets, containers, and materials around the facility.
• Assist in loading/unloading trucks or containers and secure loads.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and wear PPE daily.
