Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Equipment Operator for a beauty distribution center in Dallas, TX. You will operate Order Picker and Reach Truck equipment, perform RF scanning, and move inventory safely to support store and e-commerce fulfillment.

Shifts include 1st–4th with competitive hourly pay and potential overtime during peak season. Previous cherry picker/reach truck experience preferred; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand 8–10 hours per shift is required.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand 8–10 hours.
• Experience operating Cherry Picker and Reach Truck; certification preferred.
• Must submit to a background check and drug screen.

• Use RF scanners to pick, move, replenish, and stage inventory.
• Transport product throughout the warehouse and maintain organized storage areas.
• Load/unload trailers and support inbound/outbound operations.

• Work consistently and accurately throughout your shift.

A leading national beauty distribution center in Dallas, TX is seeking skilled, safety‑focused Equipment Operators (EOs) to support store and e‑commerce fulfillment. This role is ideal for experienced Cherry Picker and Reach Truck operators looking for stable work, consistent schedules, and long‑term growth opportunities.

Location

Dallas, TX – modern beauty distribution facility supporting nationwide retail and online orders.

Pay & Shifts

Equipment Operator Pay Rates:

• 1st Shift — $18.05/hr

• 2nd Shift — $19.25/hr

• 3rd Shift — $19.05/hr

• 4th Shift — $20.05/hr

Normal Schedules:

• 1st Shift — Mon–Thurs | 6:00 AM–4:00 PM

• 2nd Shift — Mon–Thurs | 4:30 PM–2:30 AM

• 3rd Shift — Fri–Sat–Sun | 6:00 AM–6:00 PM

• 4th Shift — Fri–Sat–Sun | 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

Peak Schedules:

• 1st: Mon–Thurs | 5:00 AM–4:00 PM
• 2nd: Mon–Thurs | 4:30 PM–3:30 AM
• 3rd: Fri–Sat–Sun | 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
• 4th: Fri–Sat–Sun | 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

Overtime available during peak season.

What You’ll Do

• Operate Order Picker (Cherry Picker) and Reach Truck equipment safely and efficiently

• Use RF scanners to pick, move, replenish, and stage inventory

• Transport product throughout the warehouse and maintain organized storage areas

• Load/unload trailers and support inbound/outbound operations

• Complete daily equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures

• Work consistently and accurately throughout your shift

What You Bring

• Must be 18+ Previous experience operating Cherry Picker and Reach Truck (certification preferred)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for 8–10 hour shifts

• Comfortable working at heights on an order picker
• Strong attention to safety and equipment operation standards
• Must submit to a background check and drug screen
• Willing to work overtime during peak season
