Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Fresno is hiring an Equipment Operator to move product safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced, 24‑hour distribution facility. You will operate stand‑up forklifts and reach trucks, transport goods between inbound, storage, and outbound areas, and support warehouse operations across the shift you choose.

This role uses a 100% Raymond lift truck fleet and offers multiple shift options (days, swings, and nights) with 4x10 or 3x12 schedules.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate stand‑up forklifts to move product between areas.
• Operate reach trucks to rack and retrieve products.
• Support warehouse operations including picking, packing, sorting, and staging.
• Scan and label items; manage inventory movements.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and follow safety guidelines.
• Build stable pallets and maintain scan accuracy.
• Work independently while staying connected with the team.

Forklift Operator

If you’re confident operating stand‑up forklifts and reach trucks in tight aisles and high racking, this opportunity is for you. We’re hiring skilled Equipment Operators for a fast‑paced, high‑volume 24‑hour distribution facility in Fresno .

This site runs exclusively on Raymond equipment —Operators with Raymond experience will feel right at home, and those eager to sharpen their skills will get hands‑on experience every shift.

What You’ll Do

As an Equipment Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping product moving safely and accurately throughout the facility. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating stand‑up forklifts to transport product between inbound, storage, and outbound areas

• Operating reach trucks to place and retrieve product from high rack locations

• Supporting warehouse operations when needed, including:

• Picking, packing, sorting, and staging

• Scanning and labeling

• Receiving and inventory movements

• Performing daily equipment inspections and following all safety guidelines

• Building clean, stable pallets and maintaining scan accuracy

• Working independently while staying connected with your team

Equipment & Environment

• 100% Raymond lift truck fleet (stand‑up forklifts & reach trucks)

• Narrow aisles and high racking requiring strong equipment control

• Use of conveyors, handheld scanners, pallet jacks, step ladders, and sortation systems

• Work in temperature‑varied, dusty, and elevated environments as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience operating stand‑up forklifts and/or reach trucks

• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑accuracy warehouse environment

• Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly in English

• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail

• Reliable attendance and consistent performance

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay & Schedule

• $20.00–$20.50 per hour , based on shift and experience

• Multiple shift options available : days, swings, and nights

• Choose from 4x10 or 3x12 schedules
