Job summary

WL Plastics, Inc. in Lubbock, TX seeks a Shipping Fork Lift Operator to support warehouse and shipping operations. The role involves unloading/loading customer product, inspecting items, and placing them in the storage yard, while safely operating yard heavy equipment.

You will follow company procedures, maintain a clean, safe work environment, and coordinate with Quality Assurance and maintenance teams. A high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of warehouse experience are preferred;

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math relevant to duties.

Responsibilities

• Unload/load customer product and place in storage yard.
• Operate yard heavy equipment safely and according to guidelines.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Report to Shipping Supervisor and coordinate with other departments.
• Ensure loading according to shipping orders and company guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
