Job summary

Stella-Jones Corporation is seeking a Mobile Equipment Operator 2 to safely stage, transport, load, and unload industrial wood products and hardware within the plant. You will operate forklifts and support continuous workflow while following rigorous safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities include moving loads, organizing materials, inspecting equipment, and reporting maintenance needs. A shift differential applies to swing and graveyard shifts, with reasonable accommodation

Qualifications

• Must be safety-focused with the ability to follow procedures precisely.
• Demonstrated attention to detail in handling materials and documenting tasks.
• Ability to collaborate with team members to maintain smooth plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move wood products and hardware.
• Safely operate forklifts with 8,000+ lbs capacity.
• Transport materials to designated areas within the plant.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain organized storage by product type and size.
• Follow safety rules, PPE, and LOTO procedures.
• Support other duties as assigned.
• Shift differential paid for swing and graveyard shifts.
