Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. in Covington, GA is seeking a Forklift Operator 1 to safely move products within our distribution center, unload and load pallets, and ensure inventory accuracy.

The role requires 1 year of related experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to obtain forklift certification quickly. You will operate high reach/counterbalance equipment, use RF scanners, and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of relevant experience required.
• Intermediate experience with either a high reach or counterbalance required.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS preferred.
• Ability to obtain a forklift certification within 2 days of employment.
• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents in English.
• Ability to operate MHE and use an RF scanner.
• Basic analytical, organizational and prioritization skills.
• General distribution knowledge.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong initiative and drive for results.

Responsibilities

• Transport palletized product within the distribution center (unload, put away double deep, bulk and full pallet pick, load, replenishment).
• Operate material handling equipment, including high reach, counterbalance, electric pallet jack, and dock stocker.
• Use RF Scanner and WMS to ensure inventory accuracy and track products throughout the site.
• Ensure product integrity while performing all tasks.
• Follow site safety procedures, including required PPE (safety vest, safety shoes).
• Cross train and become knowledgeable in other areas. Provide backup support when required.
