Job summary

The Forklift Operator at MillenniumSoft Inc in Redlands, CA is responsible for the safe, accurate movement of products within the distribution center. This role requires slipsheet experience and the ability to operate multiple MHE types, including reach trucks and counterbalance.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading with WMS, maintaining inventory accuracy with RF scanners, and adhering to safety procedures. 2pm–10:30pm shift, 12-month term, $21/hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of relevant experience, required in lieu of High School.
• Slipsheet operation experience.
• Ability to obtain a forklift certification within 2 days of employment.
• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents in English.
• Ability to operate MHE and use an RF scanner.
• Basic analytical, organizational and prioritization skills.
• General distribution knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Load and off-load inbound and outbound shipments utilizing the WMS.
• Report discrepancies between the inventory count and shipping/receiving documents.
• Ensure every effort is made to load/off-load pallets in a manner that promotes safety and impedes damage.
• Locates and retrieves products as well as replenishes picking locations.
• Become knowledgeable of the responsibilities of the other warehouse positions. Assist as required.
• Act as back up at times of absence or vacation.
