Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Aurora, IL is hiring a Warehouse Forklift Operator to support safe, efficient operations in clean, well-run facilities.

Shift: Monday–Friday 3:30pm–12:00am. Pay: $19.00/hr base plus $0.75 shift premium. Weekly pay, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO from day 1 and employee discounts.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid forklift license, and ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Comfort working in a team and strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to work within a diverse environment.
• Must be punctual with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Accurately pick and pack, audit, induce totes, stage products, and load/unload trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
