Job summary

Rehrig Pacific in Lincolnton, NC is seeking Forklift Operators to join our operations team. Load and unload materials safely, support production, and maintain a clean, organized workspace while meeting daily goals. Training is provided if needed, with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have forklift experience or certification, familiarity with pallet jacks, and a positive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced production environment. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred, but training provided.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations is expected.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with precision: safely operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers to support production teams.
• Follow all safety protocols and help achieve zero incidents on every shift.
• Sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep the workspace clean and organized by practicing Clean as You Go.
• Be prepared for physical work lifting up to 70 lbs and performing repetitive motions throughout the shift.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Load & Unload with Precision: Safely operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers, supporting our production teams.


• Safety First, Always: Follow all safety protocols and help us achieve zero incidents, every shift.


• Sort & Support: Hand-sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards are met.


• Keep It Moving: Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.


• Stay Clean & Organized: Practice Clean as You Go and help maintain a safe, tidy workspace.


• Lift & Move: Be ready for physical work lifting up to 70 lbs and performing repetitive motions throughout your shift.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred but well train and certify you if needed!


• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.


• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.


• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.


• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a diverse team.
