Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking Forklift Operators to join our Beaver Dam operations team. This role supports production by safely loading, unloading, and moving materials with forklifts, pallets, and related equipment.

You will work a weekend evening shift: Saturday and Monday from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM, with a starting pay around $20 per hour. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k) + ESOP, PTO, holidays and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior forklift experience preferred, training available if needed.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials with precision.
• Safely operate forklifts to move materials and support production teams.
• Follow all safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents per shift.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy.
• Keep workspace clean and organized; lift up to 70 lbs as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Load & Unload with Precision
• Safely operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers supporting our production teams
• Safety First: Always follow all safety protocols and help us achieve zero incidents every shift
• Sort & Support: Hand sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards are met
• Keep It Moving: Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency
• Stay Clean & Organized: Practice Clean as You Go and help maintain a safe tidy workspace
• Lift & Move: Be ready for physical work lifting up to 70 lbs and performing repetitive motions throughout your shift

What You Bring to the Table

• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred but we will train and certify you if needed
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations
• Experience in a fast-paced production-based environment is a plus
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience preferred
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a diverse team
