Job summary

Staffmark Group in Bloomington, CA is hiring a Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations. The role involves safely operating forklifts, loading and unloading, and moving palletized materials while maintaining inventory accuracy.

1st shift (M-F, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM) starts at $19.00 per hour; 2nd shift (M-F, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM) pays $19.50 per hour. Candidates with forklift experience, safety focus, and ability to use RF scanners are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and organize palletized materials.
• Support inventory movement and maintain warehouse and distribution efficiency.
• Identify inventory, shipping documents, and storage locations with attention to safety.
