Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Forklift Driver to support daily warehouse operations. You will move materials safely, load and unload trailers, and maintain accurate inventory while following GMP and SAP procedures.

You must have a high school diploma and warehouse experience, with proficiency in Windows and basic MS Office. The role requires physical effort and attention to detail, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in general warehouse environment preferred.
• Proficient in Windows; basic MS Office.
• Effective English communication (reading/writing).
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Medium physical effort; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for several hours daily.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient movement of materials within the warehouse areas.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks including sit-down forklift, Tank Mover, Drexel, Swing Reach, and Rider Pallet Jacks.
• Load and unload trailers with components, raw materials, and finished goods.
• Process customer orders, cycle count, and bin-to-bin transactions with SAP.
• Verify accuracy of materials needed to materials picked in a timely manner.
• Adhere to trained work instructions and follow standard operating procedures.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels within the warehouse.
• Adhere and follow all Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Maintain a clean safe work environment including general housekeeping.
• Assist processing recycled materials, use compactors, and pallet management.
