Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Forklift Driver to support warehouse operations in Blaine, MN. You will move materials, load/unload trailers, and process orders using SAP while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include operating sit-down forklifts and other powered industrial trucks, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment. High school diploma or equivalent and basic Windows skills required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate Basic Microsoft Windows Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Effective communication skills in English, reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Move materials safely within warehouse areas.
• Operate powered industrial trucks (sit-down forklift, Tank Mover, Drexel, Swing Reach, Rider Pallet Jacks).
• Load/unload trailers with components, raw materials, and finished goods.
• Process orders, cycle count, and bin-to-bin transactions with SAP.
• Verify material quantities and maintain accurate inventory.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and participate in housekeeping.
