Job summary

Alcon3Pl in Ontario, CA is seeking a Forklift Operator and Warehouse Worker to load, unload, and move goods through our distribution center. You will operate forklifts, reach trucks, Hi-Lo, clamp trucks, cherry picker, and pallet jacks with energy and precision to support fast-paced logistics operations.

You will perform order picking using WMS, conduct routine equipment inspections, assist with shipping and receiving, and maintain safety and neatness per OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating forklifts and other heavy warehouse equipment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and order picker tech.
• Mechanical aptitude with basic repair or troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards for heavy equipment.
• Ability to lift heavy loads repeatedly; stamina required.
• Basic math skills for inventory counts and documentation.
• Experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse distribution preferred.
• Forklift certification; additional certifications welcome.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, Hi-Lo, clamp trucks and other heavy machinery.
• Manage order picking using WMS to fulfill customer orders accurately.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and coordinate repairs.
• Assist with shipping and receiving, verifying inbound/outbound shipments.
• Maintain safe handling of materials with pallet jacks.
• Organize inventory, stack pallets, and keep the area clean per OSHA.
• Collaborate with supervisors to optimize layouts and safety protocols.
