Job summary

Revelyst Outdoor in Stockton, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate, undamaged, and processed promptly. You will operate forklifts and assist with loading/unloading, stocking, and order picking in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role requires good English communication, 18+ age, 1–2 years of related experience, and forklift certification. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English for business and safety purposes.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 to 2 years of related experience and/or education.
• Forklift certifiable.
• Adaptive learner with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus and adapt to challenges.
• Positive attitude - work as part of a team and/or independently.
• Establish and maintain cooperative relations with people in different functions.
• Active listening skills.
• Basic math, reading, and voice comprehension are a must.
• Ability to read packs, order labels, other information and match visible items and data.
• Maintain regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and instruct others in the operation of forklift and related warehouse equipment.
• Determine loading/unloading sequence for space utilization and safety.
• Inspect and perform minor maintenance on equipment daily.
• Perform inquiries to locate products and descriptions in the system.
• Receive, stock, unload and load shipments from containers, pallets, racks, and shelves.
• Maintain inventory by recording stock locations and counts.
• Pack, weigh, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Match invoices to shipping labels and stage material for shipment.
• Operate voice directed picking equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and meet accuracy and productivity targets.
• Assist in other departments as necessary.
