Revelyst Outdoor is seeking a Warehouse Associate to ensure accurate inbound and outbound shipments, maintain inventory, and prepare orders for shipment. You will operate forklifts, assist with loading/unloading, and follow safety procedures in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Requirements include English proficiency, 18+ years old, 1–2 years related experience or education, and forklift certification. RF equipment experience is a plus; overtime and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English for business and safety purposes.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of related experience and/or education.
• Forklift certification required.
• Adaptive learner with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsabilités

• Operate and instruct others in forklift operation inside the warehouse.
• Determine loading/unloading sequence for space utilization and safety.
• Inspect and perform minor maintenance on equipment daily.
• Receive, stock, and load inbound shipments.
• Prepare and pack orders for shipment; weigh when needed.
• Maintain inventory controls and conduct regular counts.
