Job summary

DHL eCommerce in Ohio is seeking a Forklift Operator to handle shipping and receiving, break down freight, and document BOLs. You will load/unload freight by hand and with a forklift, and follow SOPs and terminal requirements.

Responsibilities include completing daily forklift checklists, stocking inventory, palletizing, scanning inbound/outbound trucks, and logging driver and seal information. Must pass forklift certification and communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; related experience preferred (6 months).
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and tickets (BOLs, logs, schedules).
• Must be able to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks.
• Stock inventory.
• Palletize goods.
• Scan inbound and outbound trucks.
• Log drivers on Driver Log and seal numbers on Seal Log.
• Complete daily forklift checklist.
• Potential reassignment to other areas as needed.
