Job summary

DHL eCommerce is seeking a Forklift Operator to perform shipping and receiving duties, break down freight and document pack-slips and BOLs. You will load and unload freight by hand and with a forklift and support general warehouse tasks in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Requirements include High School diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months related experience, ability to read and follow written instructions, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in shipping/receiving or forklift operation is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and tickets (BOLs).

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks.
• Stock inventory and palletize.
• Scan inbound/outbound trucks and log driver/seal information.
• Complete daily forklift checklist.
• May be reassigned to other areas as needed.
