Job summary

The DHL Group is seeking a Forklift Operator to perform shipping and receiving duties, breakdown freight, and categorize by location. The role includes reading pack-slips and Bills of Lading, loading/unloading freight by hand and with a forklift, and general warehouse tasks per procedures.

Qualifications include High School or equivalent, 6+ months related experience preferred, and the ability to read and follow written instructions.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent training; 6+ months related experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and understand tickets, receiving documents, BOLs, logs, and schedules.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks.
• Stock inventory.
• Palletize items.
• Scan inbound and outbound trucks.
• Log drivers in the Driver Log and seal numbers in the Seal Log.
• Complete daily forklift checklist.
• Duties may transfer to alternate areas as needed by DHL.
