Job summary

Quirch Foods, LLC in Hammond, IN is seeking a warehouse associate to support receiving, storage, and order fulfillment. The role involves operating a forklift and pallet jack, inspecting goods, and keeping the warehouse tidy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Forklift and OSHA certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English to read labels and instructions.
• Experience operating forklifts and handheld scanners.
• Familiar with CK31 & CK71 scanner is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and electric pallet jack as needed.
• Inspect received products for damage.
• Keep the warehouse organized and clean.
• Perform inventory cycle counts as needed.
• Slot products into the rack system and ensure proper labeling.
• Receive trucks and unload freight per PO requirements.
• Maintain product handling and storage integrity.
• Timely and accurate inventory management.
• Other duties as required.
