Job summary

GA Foods is seeking a Warehouse Associate 1 at our St. Petersburg, FL headquarters.

The role involves pulling orders across frozen, refrigerated and dry goods, operating a sit-down forklift, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a safe, efficient, and accurate manner. This full-time position requires 2 years forklift experience, ability to work a 5:00am–1:30pm shift (including weekends), and comfort working in freezer and cold environments.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sit down forklift experience is required.
• Full time scheduled shift (5:00am - 1:30pm or until shift change including weekends) is required.
• Must work in freezer, dry and refrigerated warehouses, and dock.
• Computer experience including RFID scanning technology.

Responsibilities

• Pull customer orders (frozen, refrigerated, dry).
• Operate forklift safely.
• Conduct physical product inventories.
• Assist with departmental housekeeping.
• Receive and inbound product; unload inbound product.
• Ship outbound product; load outbound product.
• Complete and maintain paperwork and records as required.
• Other duties assigned by management.
