Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification preferred but subject to complete a forklift skills assessment.
• Previous experience as a forklift operator in a recycling or industrial setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance on equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of recycling industry practices (preferred).
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
• Commitment to environmental sustainability and recycling practices.

Pay starts at $19.50/hour DOE
