Job summary

Ferguson is seeking an entry level Warehouse Associate in Wilmington, DE. You will safely operate a stand-up forklift, pull and prepare outbound orders, stock materials, and use RF devices to scan and sort orders. Schedule is Monday–Friday 9am–5:30pm with one Saturday per month.

Starting pay is $20 per hour, with ranges from $18.28 to $27.42 depending on experience. The role requires 0–3 years of warehouse experience, being 18+, and a valid state license.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state issued license required.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
• Keep workspace clean and safe, following PPE rules.
• Follow safety regulations and wear PPE, including harness where required.
• May perform driver duties as needed.
