Job Description:

About the Role We are seeking a Forklift Operator & Warehouse Associate to handle material movement, trailer loading/unloading, and inbound receiving in our fast-paced facility.

Key Responsibilities Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack, and move materials. Accurately scan items using a handheld scanner and perform inbound receiving processes. Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean environment following the 7S program and adhere to quality and process standards.

Qualifications 1+ year of warehouse experience required. Trained and certified in powered industrial lift trucks, with a willingness to train on all equipment types (sit-down, reach truck, cherry picker, etc.). Flexible availability to work varied schedules and overtime as needed.

Physical Demands & Work Environment Frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift over 75 lbs. Lift, bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull objects of various shapes and sizes. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Use hands and fingers to handle tools and operate equipment controls. Work comfortably in hot or cold warehouse conditions.

• Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.
