O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a forklift operator for outbound logistics responsibilities at our distribution facility. You will operate forklifts/stock pickers to process orders and stock merchandise, ensuring accurate picking and efficient replenishment.

The role requires teamwork, basic computer skills, and the ability to read numeric and alphabetic codes quickly. High school diploma or GED is preferred. O'Reilly offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must work well in a team environment.
• Operating knowledge of fork trucks and power equipment.
• Working knowledge of parts lines in warehouse and surplus merchandise locations.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read and match numerical and alphabetical characters quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Process all outbound orders requiring the use of a forklift or stock picker.
• Responsible for stocking all rack merchandise and arranging rack surplus from zones in the appropriate manner.
• Responsible for setting down rack surplus for zones so orders can be filled.
• Perform any miscellaneous tasks that require a fork truck.
• Replenish outbound totes as needed, where applicable.
• Assist with maintaining mezzanine zones.
• Maintain safety standards while operating and identify unsafe practices and situations.
