Job summary

Lamb Weston, Inc. in Idaho is seeking a reliable forklift operator to support cold storage operations and packaging lines. You will move finished products, verify counts, and ensure accurate loading and staging for outbound shipments. The role requires at least 1 year of forklift experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to work 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am with overtime as needed. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of forklift operation experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work with minimal supervision.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions.
• Able to work all shifts: 7am – 7pm, 7pm – 7am.
• Willing to overtime.
• Comply with GMP and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Unload pallets of finished product and verify case count, item ID and bay locations.
• Store finished product with FIFO rotation and re-palletize to ship oldest codes first if needed.
• Stage and load orders on Bill of Lading; audit trailers for sanitation, infestation or damages.
• Record items, amounts and codes on the Bill of Lading and verify accuracy.
• Count inventory as needed to support production.
• Prioritize tasks to supply process lines with required materials.
