Job summary

Worley Warehousing Inc. in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator for a full-time night shift from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday.

Start pay is $21.00 per hour, with potential to earn up to $25.00 per hour in the first year through differential incentives and progression. In this role you will safely operate forklifts, load and unload products, and maintain accurate records while contributing to a safe, efficient warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Lift truck experience is helpful but not required.
• Basic math skills including counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Ability to maintain legible and accurate written records.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Team player with dependable work style.
• Commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
• Prior computer knowledge is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment while following established safety procedures.
• Load, unload, transport, and store products throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for accurate and timely shipment.
• Inspect shipments, verify product quantities, and report damages or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Meet individual productivity and performance expectations while maintaining safety and accuracy.
