Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer knowledge may be needed.
• Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other job-required equipment safely.
• Follow established safety procedures and prescribed work methods.
• Unload inbound shipments and move products to designated storage locations.
• Stack and store merchandise efficiently and accurately.
• Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Report product damage, shortages, and quality concerns.
• Pick and prepare products for shipment.
• Confirm that the correct quantity and type of product is loaded and shipped.
• Move products from staging and storage areas into trailers.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work with team members to meet customer service and productivity.
