Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Fresno is hiring an Equipment Operator to move product safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced, 24‑hour distribution facility. You will operate stand‑up forklifts and reach trucks, transport goods between inbound, storage, and outbound areas, and support warehouse operations across the shift you choose.

This role uses a 100% Raymond lift truck fleet and offers multiple shift options (days, swings, and nights) with 4x10 or 3x12 schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience operating stand‑up forklifts or reach trucks.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑accuracy warehouse.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand‑up forklifts to move product between areas.
• Operate reach trucks to rack and retrieve products.
• Support warehouse operations including picking, packing, sorting, and staging.
• Scan and label items; manage inventory movements.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and follow safety guidelines.
• Build stable pallets and maintain scan accuracy.
• Work independently while staying connected with the team.
