Job summary

Plastipak Packaging, Inc. in Jackson Center, OH is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator/Material Handler to safely move raw materials and finished goods between the warehouse and production areas.

This hands-on role requires attention to inventory accuracy and efficient material flow in a fast-paced plastics manufacturing environment. You will operate a forklift, load and unload trucks, and use RF scanning to update records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience operating forklift.
• Experience tracking inventory.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to train 1 week 7am-3:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to transport raw materials and finished goods between the warehouse and production areas.
• Load and unload trucks for Shipping & Receiving
• Use RF Scanner to scan goods & properly maintain inventory records
• Perform other duties as assigned
