Randstad USA is seeking experienced Sit Down Forklift Operators / High-Rack Inventory Specialists in Vonore, TN. The role focuses on complex pallet movement, timely replenishment, and accurate RF-scanned logging of locations.

You will stage outbound shipments and handle inbound loads while maintaining safety and production speeds. The position runs 05:00 AM - 03:30 PM on-site, requiring a PIT test and adherence to PPE and dress guidelines.

Competenze

Your responsibilities:

• Perform high-level rack work, accurately placing and retrieving palletized goods from multiple rack levels, requiring confident use of the forklift's full lifting capacity.
• Execute just-in-time replenishment of inventory to picking lanes to ensure zero downtime for order fulfillment teams.
• Utilize RF scanning technology in conjunction with forklift operation to electronically verify and log the movement and storage locations of all pallets.
• Safely stage outbound shipments and manage inbound receiving loads, ensuring efficient use of dock space.
• Operate at required production speeds while strictly maintaining control and adhering to load capacity and stability guidelines.
