Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse/manufacturing experience; outdoor setting preferred.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficient reading, writing and basic math related to the job.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be physically capable of performing job duties and staying safe.
• Experience operating forklifts or related material-handling equipment; forklift cert possible.
• Good organizational skills, prioritization and multitasking.
• Work closely with QA, production personnel and supervisors.
• Flexible hours and weekend work required.
• Commitment to SHE principles in daily tasks.
• US citizen or legal work status in the US required.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is maintained per company standards and manufacturer recommendations.
• Assist with daily inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Operate equipment safely following company guidelines.
• Participate in safety, health and environmental policies; ensure regulations.
• Coordinate with QA and maintenance departments to support ISO procedures.
• Inventory and load product per shipping orders; label, sort and band as needed.
• Perform duties as assigned by the Shipping Supervisor.
• Move product from staging to storage yard safely and efficiently.
• Ensure trucks are loaded according to shipping manifest; verify inventory.
• Provide service to inbound and outbound customers as required.
