Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficient reading, writing and basic math skills related to tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must work safely in a production environment and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience operating forklifts or front-end loaders; forklift certification preferred.
• Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Unload/load product and place it in the storage yard as directed.
• Operate yard heavy equipment and ensure proper care.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance to follow ISO 9001 requirements.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and daily inspections.
• Label, sort, and band product per loading guidelines.
• Provide service to inbound and outbound customers.
