Job summary

WL Plastics in Bowie, TX is seeking a Full-Time Shipping/Lift Operator to unload/load product, inspect cargo, and organize the yard. You will operate yard equipment and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities include equipment maintenance per manufacturer guidelines, daily inspections, and coordinating with quality assurance and maintenance teams. Candidates should have at least 1 year in a warehouse or manufacturing setting and be able to lift up to 50 lbs, with flexible hours

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and basic math related to the job.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Unload/load customer product and place in storage yard.
• Operate yard heavy equipment and ensure safe operation.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Coordinate with other departments and maintain ISO 9001 procedures.
