Mennel Milling Company in Fostoria, OH is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Operator to ensure the safe and efficient processing, packing, loading, shipping, and receiving of flour and feed products in a clean, audit‑ready facility. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing, food processing, or flour milling preferred.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification; CDL preferred.
• Able to pass a respirator fit test and work with respirator.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, transfer, and pack flour and feed products with forklifts.
• Perform sanitation including vacuuming, mopping, washing; maintain clean facility.
• Load bulk and bagged flour trucks and railcars and complete documentation.
