Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (may be waived depending on experience).
• Prior forklift operation in a manufacturing environment.
• 2–3 years in the field or related area.

• Must demonstrate solid teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Read/interprets shipping schedules and stages doors; sorts by dimensions, customer, and core type to prepare correct shipping stacks.
• Stage for shipping once wrapped.
• Perform pre-shift forklift inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Fuel forklifts as required and operate them safely throughout the facility.
• Pull production wrap lines as needed and consolidate orders for shipping.
• Receive items into the facility and ship to customers; maintain accurate records.
