Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least one year of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• At least one year of experience operating a forklift.
• Work safely and follow all plant rules.
• Show initiative, be a self-starter.
• Communicate in English in a clear and effective manner.
• Work independently, as well as part of a team, with end-of-shift flexibility.
• Mount and dismount forklift multiple times per day.
• Forklift knowledge and safety procedures.
• Organize and maintain detailed records.
• Work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Regular attendance and timeliness are essential.
• Ability to use an RF scanner.
• Ability to use a pallet jack safely.
• Read a tape measure and do basic math.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders to select materials to move.
• Receive incoming shipments; verify contents and document discrepancies.
• Store materials in designated locations.
• Pick and pull materials for production and shipment.
• Load and unload doors into designated truck trailers.
• Conduct cycle counts and 5S+1 inventory control duties.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Provide safe operation of forklift throughout the facility.
• Move components and materials safely and report issues.
• Wear PPE as required.
