Job summary

ID Logistics in Ohio is seeking a Warehouse Associate to operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts and other elevating equipment to move, stock and stage products for shipment.

You will perform daily equipment inspections, maintain clean work areas, and follow OSHA standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of related experience; training and certifications may be required. Second Shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; three or more years of related experience and/or training.
• Must be able to successfully complete post-hire assessments.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA, company, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using powered industrial equipment.
• Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.
• Inspect assigned equipment on a daily basis.
• Operate equipment safely following prescribed methods and OSHA standards.
• Unload inbound shipments and move product to storage locations.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment and ensure correct loading.
• Move product from staging/storage into rail cars, trailers, or containers.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and report variances.
• Keep records to maintain tight inventory control and security.
• Assist in physical inventories and proper stock rotation.
• Follow customer requirements to ensure loading accuracy and safety.
