Job summary

11th Hour Staffing, Inc. is seeking a skilled High Reach Forklift Operator to join our client's warehouse team in Union, Ohio. This role operates high reach forklifts to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise while ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires forklift experience, a certification (preferred), ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a strong safety mindset. Schedule is 2nd shift, 2:30 PM–11 PM, with pay of $20–$22 per hour plus a 0.50 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Previous high reach forklift operating experience.
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience working in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Operate high reach forklifts to pick, put away, and replenish inventory in racking systems.
• Safely move materials throughout the warehouse while following all safety protocols.
• Accurately scan and track inventory using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
• Load and unload product as needed.
• Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance or safety issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
