Job summary

RealTruck in Ohio is seeking a dependable forklift operator to move products safely in our warehouse. You will operate powered equipment, perform maintenance checks, and ensure accurate loading, unloading, and staging of shipments.

This full-time, on-site role offers a set schedule with second or first shift options, competitive starting pay with a second shift differential, benefits, and opportunities to train others.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered equipment to move products throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently, once certified.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift and report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Pick and pack bulk and drop-ship inventory for shipment; stage inventory for shipment; loads trailers.
• Unload trailers; receive product; verify accuracy against PO and packing slip in WMS.
• Receive returned product; verify warranty status; update WMS; prepare product for disposal or return to stock.
• Train other employees; maintain a clean and safe workspace; other duties as assigned.
