The role requires reading and basic math, teamwork, and strict adherence to safety standards. Candidates with a High School Diploma or GED, forklift license, and SAP scanning experience are preferred; overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years forklift operator experience in a distribution/w warehouse environment preferred.
• Powered Industrial Forklift Truck License preferred.
• Prior SAP scanning experience is a plus.
• Inventory control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a power industrial forklift to move, stack and organize products in the RDC.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and follow safety guidelines.
• Load/unload trucks, receive/process, and maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Use scanning equipment to ensure accurate product movement and inventory control.
• Identify, report, and fix damaged inventory and shortages throughout the day.
• Adhere to safety protocols; replace propane tanks and charge batteries as needed.
• Collaborate with team to meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Attend safety trainings and participate in regular safety practices.
