Job summary

Southshore Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a forklift operator for our Nebraska RDC. You will move, stack, and transport goods safely using a sit-down forklift, perform daily inspections, and support inventory control.

You will work with SAP-based scanning and adhere to safety procedures to meet productivity goals. The role requires the ability to operate in a fast-paced warehouse, follow SOPs, and collaborate with team members to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years forklift operator experience in distribution/warehouse.
• Powered Industrial Forklift Truck License (training provided).
• Prior SAP scanning experience is a plus.
• Inventory control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a power industrial forklift safely to move, stack and organize products.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and follow operating guidelines.
• Load/unload trucks and manage put-away and picking per SOPs.
• Use scanning equipment to ensure accurate, timely product movement.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness and report equipment issues.
